I’m a 64 year old active and competitive surfer/coach with over 40 years in sports medicine and physical therapy. During my 20 years of competing in Ironman triathlons and marathons I’ve suffered from knee pain in both knees. I’ve had 3 knee scope surgeries (1 on the left knee and 2 on the right) for torn meniscus cartilage and osteoarthritis.
